WUfB: The WSUS Killer We’ve All Been Waiting For? – Bryan Dam
Since its initial release Windows Update for Business has confused many. Where do I download it? What are the requirements? We’ll spend an hour working through what it is, what it can do, and why you might just be able to finally give WSUS the dirt nap it’s longing for.
There are many ways to inventory user space, but the results often become dated quickly. If you’re not careful, you won’t be getting the latest information. This is one of the ConfigMgr problems Bryan Dam and Garth Jones, MECM MVPs, will discuss in their session, “Easy Solutions to 5 ConfigMgr Problems.” They will show you how Recast Software’s solutions, Right Click Tools and Endpoints Insights, will help make your life a bit easier. In case you need more convincing, they’ll also share with you how they would approach these problems old-school.
