Sangeetha (Sangee) Visweswaran is an engineering manager working in the Enterprise Client and Mobility Division in Microsoft. She has worked in this space and in Microsoft for 15 years. She has worked on various areas of the SCCM product and the Microsoft Intune service . Her current areas of ownership include the On Premise Server infrastructure, Server deployment and Operating System Deployment. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids and riding her bike.

Prasanna Kumar Jayapal is an engineering manager on the SCCM team, responsible for Content Infrastructure, Software Updates and Resource Access scenarios. Prasanna has been in the System Center org for 10+ years and worked on SC ConfigMgr, Windows Intune and SC Advisor products.

Kerim has been on the SCCM team for the past 2.5 years, He is responsible from Content, Settings, Server Deployment and Resource Access features as well as moderator for forums, and privacy and accessibility of SCCM. Before SCCM, he was a PM in SCVMM, for 6 years. And before SCVMM he was in the field working as a Technical Solutions Professional (TSP) for Microsoft Turkey for 3 years.

Deploying and Managing Windows 10
This session will focus on how you will deploy and manage Windows 10. We’ll discuss MDT, ConfigMgr, as well as the Windows Image Configuration Designer (WICD). You’ll also learn about upgrade scenarios to help you make the best decision for deploying Windows 10 in your enterprise. You will also learn many OS deployment best practices along the way.

Microsoft Operations Management Suite Introduction
Introduction, overview and roadmap to the recently announcement Microsoft Operations Management Suite (OMS). Learn how you can gain control over any hybrid cloud. Also learn how it interacts with existing System Center environments. OMS helps you with Log Analytics, Automation, Availability and security.

Michael Niehaus is a senior product marketing manager at Microsoft, responsible for helping enterprise IT pros with Windows deployment and manageability needs. Prior to joining the Windows Commercial team, Michael was a longtime program manager and developer for the Microsoft Deployment Toolkit, having joined Microsoft in 2004 after spending 14 years working in enterprise IT.

Vlad Joanovic is a program manager working in Enterprise Cloud Group\System center and Services team on the newly announced Microsoft Operations Management Suite. Vlad was most recently in the developer division focused on the Application Insights service helping developers ensure their applications are available, performing and succeeding throughout the application lifecycle. Before that Vlad spent over a decade working with IT administrators and held roles across many features on System Center Operations Manager. Vlad graduated with a Bachelors of Applied Science from the University of Waterloo and lives in Seattle with his wife, 3 kids and 4 chickens. In his spare time he can be found renovating a turn of the century home in Seattle’s Madrona neighborhood.

The NWSCUG meets at the Civica Building located at 205 108th Ave NE, Suite 400 (Microsoft NW District Office) Bellevue, WA 98004. We meet every third Friday of every month (except this month, obviously). The mission of the NWSCUG is to provide timely information on anything related to Microsoft’s System Center Products and to help our members be more productive. Anyone that uses or has an interest in the System Center Product Suite is free to join and we encourage our members to spread the word about our group.
