Session: Deep Dive into Application Detection – Andrew Jimenez

Explore the ins and outs of application detection. This session will focus on what it means for an application to be installed, and how to accurately detect application installations. We’ll discuss “best practices”, pitfalls, and common annoyances when it comes to application detection and packaging.

Session: Software Update Reporting: Where’s Mah Data At?Bryan Dam

In this session we’ll talk all about software update reporting in ConfigMgr. We’ll take a brief look at some of the built-in reports, outline some community and commercial efforts. Then we’ll dig into the nitty gritty. Where is the data? How can I make sense of it? To top it off we’ll take a walk through the dashboard I wrote.
