What’s New in Configuration Manager current branch 1610 – Wally Mead
The product group has just released the latest product release for production, that being 1610. In this session, we’ll talk about what’s new in the product that may affect you. There certainly are some new things that will affect you all, as well as new features you may or may not choose to take advantage of.

Protecting Against Ransomware with Microsoft, Community & 3rd Party Technologies
Duncan McAlynn will discuss the threats we are facing today with ransomware, APTs, DDoS attacks and advanced phishing schemes to demonstrate how new and evolved Microsoft, Community-provide and third-party solutions can help protect and defend your critical systems. During this session, we’ll be discussing and demonstrating Microsoft-provided solution accelerators and add-ons, community extensions and third-party products that address the susceptibility of your corporate systems to these ever-evolving threats.

Duncan McAlynn is a CISSP-certified, six-time Microsoft MVP and member of the FBI InfraGard division that has a laser focus on helping our nation’s corporations and government agencies expand their use of Microsoft System Center technologies to improve their security posture and compliance through his 20 years of experience consulting with organizations on SMS & SCCM.
